Hi,
We want to trigger email to the entitlement owner, when a new entitlement is created or updated in Saviynt from ARS module. The email should be sent to the Entitlement Owner mentioning the name of entitlement.
We have tried to add the email templates on the Endpoint level, so that when tasks are created emails should be triggered. But on creating or updating entitlements, task are not getting created for the same.(Snapshot 1).
We also tried to add workflow on the entitlement type, such that the request will go to the entitlement owner and respective emails can be triggered. But the workflow is not getting triggered, when we add or update the entitlement belonging to the entitlement type.(Snapshot 2 & 3)
Please suggest what can be done to send email on entitlement creation and updation.

Hi @dkumar , how are you creating entitlement? Because endpoint level would be when adding or removing entitlement from an account.

You can create analytics report based on query you can trigger email notifications
