Displaying Accounts of Group (Child) Entitlements in attestation campaign

We have a use case for Server owners to certify access to their Servers. We are using Entitlement Campaign type with Child entitlements enabled. After launching, we are able to see the Accounts and Groups (as child entitlements) associated with the Server Entitlement. Is it possible to display the member accounts of these groups as well?

Yes, we are able to display the child entitlements, in this case Groups...but not the members of the Groups though. So, Servers are Entitlements1, Groups are Entitlements2 and trying to show the Group Memberships to the Certifier. Is this possible or will this be a separate new certification for the Groups?
