Hi Team

 

Delegate user is not getting campaign lunch email, but can see parent users campaign and take actions on it.

Please help in fixing the same.

Does he is receiving other emails apart from launch email ? such as preview email ?

I have tried with consult and reassignment operation. and its same behaviour. It did not trigger the respective emails to the delegator.

Validated in v24.5 and this is working as expected.

Thank you for the update. Ours is 23.10 and its not working. But we are soon going to upgrade it to 24.5 , so hopefully it should get resolved.
