Application Owner Campaign - Entitlement Issue

Hi Team,

I am setting up an Application Owner campaign. I have included the objects (Accounts and Entitlement) for Application (Active Directory) 

When i launched the campaign i can only see the base account but entitlements are included.

1. I confirm the entitlement type is Group and it is marked as Certifiable.
2. Entitlement is active and has members.
3. Not using any advance filter while configuring campaign.

Please suggest.
