Custom Tiles in Neo Experience

Is there any way to add / remove tile or even add custom tiles to the Home Page in Neo Experience?

We can't add and remove exiting as per Saviynt confirmation, it is OOTB tiles

@rushikeshvartak  For our end we connected Saviynt team POC initial demo state we asked , confirmed we can't remove those and can't add

I'm not sure what your messages mean. When I look at the link you sent it clearly says you cannot create custom tiles on the homescreen:

Bizarre - this means we cannot use the new UI...
