Hi everyone,

We observe the following odd behaviour.

We created a new Email Template sent to everyone involved in a newly set up delegation.
TheCC field contains the variable ${createuser.email} - We also tried in in the To field too, as well as using it on its own, without ${user.email}.

New Delegation

Expected

To: adm-User + Barb
CC: Mo (user) + Greg (CreatedUser)

Outcome

To: adm-User + Barb
CC: Mo (user) + Greg (CreatedUser) + Achi (???)

Oddly enough, in the Email Body, the variable ${createuser.email} resolves correctly.

Body:
1.) Creator: ${createuser.email}
2.) Parent: ${user.email}
3.) Child: ${delegateuser.email}

Do you have any idea what's going wrong here and do you experience the same?

Cheers 🙂
