Create an additional form in Access Request process

Hi,

In the Saviynt client implementation we are developing we have several AD groups of users, which are defined as entitlements of the broader Application AD. When requesting access for another user to one specific AD group, we would like to ask the requestor to fill certain fields related to the user through a form, such as their name, email, start date... Afterwards, we would like to send this information by email to a third party. However, we are struggling with thinking on a way to add a form and ask for this information during the Access Request process. We would appreciate any help in this sense.

This is not feasible from ARS request form., You need to have form external form and then ask user to submit request form. and validate using custom jar if user submitted form or not.
