Hi Team,

We have onboarded an app/endpoint with AD integration and the app is requestable on ARS. We have around 20 entitlements/groups associated with them.

Could we able to hide/block a particular group for requesting through SV ARS?

Yes @biswajitoram ,

In Entitlement type page use this Config for Requestable Entitlement in ARS option

Refer Entitlement Type section for more details.
