In our Saviynt EIC environment, users will be creating new users or modifying existing users using the Create User OR Update user form. There is a workflow configured for these operations which will send an email to approver, send email when request is rejected. Once request is approved, a Create User/Update User task will be created and executed respectively.
We want to send an email to requestor (or to any other user) after Create User/Update User task is completed. Is there a way to configure an email for the same?
Hi @kunal_saxena , Please refer to the below post. The task completion is only application at endpoint level configuration for accounts. There is no configuration at global configuration level to send out emails for create user/update user tasks. Hence this scenario is currently not achievable.
