Consultation Request for Request Approvals - Configuration

Hi,

We have a requirement where we want to use consult request feature which can be seen ARS (Home) --> Pending Approvals --> View Request --> Three Dots --> Consult

We tried looking for config/setup of the same on Documentation portal and here as well, but dont see any specific info for this feature and Also explored the same under global config but did not see any relevant setting.

Have anyone implemented this and Could you please help us with its configuration.

• Does it working ?
• from v24.1 NEO UI is suggested and this feature is not available currently in NEO but its in plan for upcoming year

Thanks for your response.

To answer your questions:

• Do you know how this is enabled ? - The consult option has been there by default, we don't know any setting to make it disable or enable. we are on 23.8
• Does it working ? - No it is not working. Although it doesnt throw any error but it doesnt do anything. No Saviynt user appears in the searchbox, but it shows sample users of like someuser@abc.com
