Entitlement Owner Review has missing options under Access Approval configuration

Hi Team,
In entitlement owner review,  Under Access Approval configuration, we do not not see the option "Entitlement" for Approval Type for account/entitlement. Only child entitlement options are present.

• I see you have reconfigured / please check fresh 
• add Child Entitlement its working for us in v24.2
• v24.2 screenshot below
