Certification table status column values meaning

What does the each value in status column of Certification table means?

There are different values between 0-10, but what does it signify?

Status = 0,1 --> Pending
Status = 2 --> Ready to Submit
status = 3 , 8 --> Locked
Status = 4 --> Expired 
status = 6 --> Preview
status = 7 --> Discontinued
status = 10 --> Fully Executed
