Certification export query needed

I need the query that we are using while exporting a certification. Or just the name of attribute that we are using for 'history' column in the export.

It would be great if you can help me in one more thing-

If you can see below screenshot the 'history' column only contains the Employee ID of the consulted user. Can we add Display name instead of this Emp ID.

No. This report are built using saviynt code & if we don't have strong justification behind it then saviynt won't change. 

In short we can't change  however if needed you can create OOTB analytics report

Although we have raised an FD enhancement ticket for this, lets see when we got the solution.
