Access Denied error in Attestation for certifier role

Hi Team , 

We tried to implement certifications in saviynt . We configured user manager certification for managers and gave the following permissions to the users . Still the users are getting are access denied error .

The user cussrently have 2 sav roles , ROLE_ENDUSER and role_certifier .

The access list is as follows :
