Bulk Import - Organization via UI - Issue

Hi Team,

We are trying to import organizations in bulk using attached csv file in EIC V23.8

we got the sample file from UI.

Import is not working using the sample file and it gives below given message and reload the organization page upon preview selection

 Please Select Valid Excel with Import Type!

Can anyone please help with the incremental and full import file for organization which works correctly in EIC V23.x

Let know in case any additional details needed.
