Hi Team,
We've come across a strange behavior in regards with the Auto Approval for entitlement/account removal.
The Test User is an entitlement owner and submitted a request to have his/her entitlement removed.
This request is granted with auto approved.
However, it is displayed as 'Rejected' in the Request History.
Attached two screenshot for review.

This is known issue. Does tasks has been discontinued ?

Thanks for the prompt response.
I've checked and cannot find any Task in relation to this request under both the Pending/Completed Tasks.
Also, the actual entitlement that we're trying to remove is still assigned to the user.

Does "Create Dependent Entitlement Task for Remove Access" option under Endpoint is enabled ?

Thanks Rushikesh. I've applied the changes and advised our tester to perform more testing.
