ARS in v24.1

Hello everyone, 

After updating our tenant to 24.1 we are seeing two options in the ARS page; Application and Role.

This option 'Role' is visibile even though we don't have any roles to request access. Is it normal or a bug?

Its expected behaviour if you are not using that icon will be disabled similar like Privileged Session.
