Hi All,
We are randomly facing an issue where the Analytics report that is sent as attachment in the email by Saviynt has no rows.
We have checked that when the analytics ran there were rows that were fetched and saved. We confirmed the same by downloading the report from 'Run History'.
But, the attachment in the email is empty. This is happening randomly.
For example:-
Below is the data from the analytics job when it ran on March 10, 2024 at 1 AM UTC i.e 6:30 AM IST.
And below is the report that got triggered as an attachment in the email at 6:32 AM IST.
We can see that the report that got triggered is empty even though it is supposed to have 2 rows.
I am unable to figure out why this might be happening.
Please advice. We are in version 23.8

Some time excel cell size also issue will create it .

cell size not rows , printing 'logs captured' may be some it creatting issue, can you share logs . some time re-create the reports also prblm will resolve.

We had a similar issue with analytics and it was random. We also had an issue with no attachment in an email even though the results are shown in the analytic history. It was later fixed with the help of Saviynt support team.
This is a bug. Please raise a support ticket.

This is issue related to logs captured columns contains some keywords causing data writing issue.
Please upgrade to latest version this issue has been fixed.
