Add Access task is not getting completed for SAP connector

Hi, 

Task is not getting completed, there is no error found in logs and no provisioning comments in pending task as well. Not able to find a trace of the problem

Below is the details:

It seems user does not have account.

Please run WSRETRY for particular user.

Instead of task, do i have to use request?

Run for endpoint instead of advanced query also make sure other any open tasks are discontinued
