Account name for requested application

Business Scenario:
When a user is provisioned with an Active Directory (AD) account, the AD account name should be reflected as the user's username across other applications when the user requests access on ARS. However, there is a constraint that prevents increasing the scheduler frequency to more than once per day, making it challenging to immediately synchronize the AD account name with the username field and how to map it in other application level to take that account name while user requesting for any application.

Challenges:

  1. The need to reflect the AD account name as the username and need to create account name based on that in various applications.
  2. Only scheduler frequency once in day.

Please check the above details and reply with your thoughts or any necessary changes.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Nikita
