Please let me know answer the following questions about the Saviynt build-in account (SaviyntSupportAgent and systemadmin):

1. I understand that SaviyntSupportAgent is the account used in the support ticket to log in to the EIC and troubleshoot. Is my understanding correct?

2. What is the use of systemadmin?

3. Why are there three SaviyntSupportAgents? What is the difference between them?

4. How does systemadmin log in to the EIC?

5. Is multi-factor authentication used when systemadmin logs in to the EIC?

6. When systemadmin logs in to the EIC, is it configured to log in to the EIC in advance, check what it does with enduser, and then log in after it is approved from enduser?

2. Its used by the application internally to

  • do microservices calls
  • RESTAPIs calls
  • Used as requestor for Out Of band access request creation
  • Forgot Password activity when the user is not logged in.

3. No difference. All 3 are for support usage only.

4. Systemadmin cannot login from UI to saviynt.

5. No, as systemadmin cannot login from UI.

6. No, as systemadmin cannot login from UI. But all login activity for logged in users is captured in audit logs.
