about behavior of "Start an Access Request"

Hi,

The following features work differently in our environment than they do in our customers:
 Home > Start an Access Request > Myself >role

In case of our environment,
   click Role and  jump to "Select Enterprise Roles" . Myself is selected automatically.
In case of customer,
  click Role and jump to "Users" window.

Customer's version: v24.2
Our version: v24.7

Is it a cause of version?
We want to know why can not jump to "Select Enterprise Roles" on customer environment.

About RQ-16443, I can not found this ID in release note. 
Please let me know in which version the fix was included.

This is not there is release notes but its fixed in v24.3 onwards
