Hi All,
We are implementing Roles using Role mining noticing inconsistent behavior when adding removing users and entitlements in mining state. Below are the findings, did anyone else experience these patterns.
In Mining state - Added Entitlements - Entitlement Added and Add Access Tasks created
In Mining state - removed entitlements - Entitlement removed the role, remove access Tasks not created
In Mining state - Added new user to the role - new user added to the role, Add Access tasks not created
In Mining state - Removed users from the role - Remove Access tasks not created and user removal from the Role is inconsistent sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't remove the user.
In All the above case role status is in Mining state, editing the role name and clicking update automatically activated the Role
Activated the role and removed users - user removal is inconsistent, remove tasks are not created
In Active state added and removed entitlements/users composing state created, activated the role, user is not removed and only add access tasks created
