Create AD Groups GSP Customization

Hello, 

Could you please help for the following regarding GSP customization: 

1. Is it possible to remove the 'Other Attributes' tab in the create AD groups form? PFA Screenshot. 
2. In the Manage Groups while viewing an AD group, which GSP file is responsible in adding and removing attributes? Is it possible to remove the 'other attributes', 'Parent Entitlements' tabs as well? PFA Screenshot.
