Hi,
We have a requirement where any end-user will be able to submit the Modify/Enable/Disable/Password Reset Request for Service Accounts. Currently only service account owner can raise these request for his/her own service account.
If the above mentioned requirement is not achievable then is there any way we can set the accounts owner’s LM as default secondary owner for the service account.
Please suggest.

Hi Snehal,
You can use execute extension queries to fetch the line managers and insert them as rank 2 owners to the respective Service Accounts.

CUSTOMQUERYJOB is one option but is there any other option?
