How to restrict Endpoint visibility to users who has account in Endpoint While user request for an entitlement, ARS should only show endpoint is user has account in endpoint other wise it should show the endpoint

We have a AD groups and have begun using EndPoint filtering on our AD connector.However, this has had the result of creating duplicate entitlements and Entitlement values are imported in one group and accounts are imported in other group     

In Access request user should be shown entitlements if user department is XYZ else it should pop message you are not part of XYZ department

There are users whose Start Date and End Date are same and while importing Users the Job failed to import Users due to same date in start and end date field. Is there a way to ignore the restriction of checking start and end dates
