@Philip_Malmos1 : I think in the last line of SAV file the headers are delimited by comma (,) but in CSV those are delimited by semi colon (;). Can you try with matching the SAV & CSV file to use same delimiter?

Thanks @rushikeshvartak , We might not have a API which returns all roles for an user. Is there a way we can utilize Saviynt DB via REST connector to retrieve existing roles?

Thanks @rushikeshvartak for the query, the custom propery is to be udpated at entitlements level. I am working on tweaking the query, just wanted to check if enhanced query is supported for entitlements.
