Case sensitivity for accounts & entitlements via schema uploads

Hi All,

We are using Schema account & entitlement uploads for importing data from files. In one of the cases, we observed that the entitlement type name is case-sensitive while importing entitlements.

Hence, would like to understand if this expected and also is there a list of case-sensitive attributes that we have to consider for schema account & entitlement uploads.

Case sensitive attributes are expected and list depends on what you have defined in sav file

@rushikeshvartak : How do we verify if the columns that we have defined require case sensitive check? Is there a documentation against which we can cross-verify?
