Yes, you can create an analytic report with the entitlement owner's username and name the column as username, also populate all entitlement details in the report.Then you can use ANALYTICSDATAMAP as mentioned here (Example 5) to get that data.

Hi @Debankita ,You will have to add the entitlement owners for Profile as entitlement owners for Role as well otherwise the request will get stuck in admin's queue for approval for role type entitlements.
Yes it is supported as part of Group Management if you mean deleting AD groups . You can refer to the AD documentation here for more details.If you are referring to deleting the entitlement from Saviynt application, then that is not possible.
