Yes it is supported as part of Group Management if you mean deleting AD groups . You can refer to the AD documentation here for more details.

If you are referring to deleting the entitlement from Saviynt application, then that is not possible.

One quick query , How do we delete multiple AD Groups in bulk . Like , It might be status change in Entitlement, and it should be deleted in AD.

As of EIC 23.3, the bulk deletion of roles is not supported. Please submit an enhancement request in our ideas portal here.
