Saviynt Security Manager Regions

Hi Team,

We are trying to configure AWS CPAM and while running the PAM bootstrap job we notice Saviynt Security Manager uses connections from different regions for integration. 

Is there a way we can restrict SSM to only use the US region for any connections?

  • You can work with CSM on where server has been allocated and change region if possible

Thanks for the response! Will reach out to CSM.

The instance is in US but the SSM during bootstrap may make connections from other areas. We are getting failures on bootstrap when we block other AWS regions.
