WSRETRY Job Not Picking Up Pending Tasks for SAV4SAV Connection

Any reason the WSRETRY job isn't picking up pending tasks for the SAV4SAV security system? Security system has provisioning enabled, workflows in place, users are active, tasks do not have future start dates. No errors I can find in the log. The task does not have any retry attempts, it's just never picked up to be processed.

  • Can you share log when you run wsretry job ?
  • Does connection is successful ?
  • Do you json defined in addaccessjson for particular entitlement Type?
  • Any Task execution hierarchy defined in global config ?

The issue was in he SAV4SAV connection. The connection was corrupted during the migration to v2021. It was restored by Saviynt operations.
