That's frustrating if that's the case. It's fairly common to have a username from HR that does not map to AD. The username is not the employeeID.

The issue was in he SAV4SAV connection. The connection was corrupted during the migration to v2021. It was restored by Saviynt operations.

Resolved... the dropdown shows the displayname, but searched by the systemname. Not very intuitive and is only an issue when your displayname doesn't match the systemname.
