Hi Team,

There is a requirement to bring access from SharePoint using the Office 365 connector in Saviynt for employees only. We don't need to import data for external users. Can we apply this filter, and if so, where? I am unable to find this option at the connection level.

Hi @rushikeshvartak, could you please specify which query in job config we need to apply the user type filter to?

Additionally, regarding the O365 connector, I couldn't find any JSON for Account Entitlement mapping. How accounts will be mapped to entitlements?

We are preparing to integrate SharePoint with Saviynt, but we need clarity on a few items before finalizing the 0365 connector:

1.Where should we apply the filter to bring accesses based on user type?
2.Where can we define the Account Entitlement mapping?

Hi @pinky_chauhan

We dont have any filter to bring based on user type , we only support  filters based on Site/Site collection.

It is an OOTB mapping, Account to entitlement mapping if you keep the filter to get those objects it will pull respective accounts as well.

Thanks
