users that are already having access to the end show up in the request form

Hi Team,

If we as an end user go to saviynt Access request portal and try to add new member which is a dynamic attribute at endpoint level , it shows the last user for whom that endpoint was requested previously. Though the user can remove this and add new user, this is definitely not intuitive and confusing. We need the feild to be made blank while raising new requests.

We tried to remove the accounts column from dyanmic attribute . That seem to resolve our issue, however it is breaking the flow and the requestid is getting generated without any approver in place and that requestid is not found in request history page. We also tried creating a same dynamic attribute with accounts column as blank, however, the flow still doesnt work

Hi @Rashmi ,

Not clear on the issue/use-case here. Please mention the issue/usecase with detailed steps and screenshots as to what you're referring to.

If it involves Dynamic Attributes, then add screenshots for them too.

Thanks.

  • If user's access is not expired then it will still show.
  • It seems you are trying to fetch user list in dynamic attribute in that case you need to change SQL query as per your use case

Please elaborate use case and provide detailed explanation of issue with screenshot and workflow details to assist better on reported issue
