Users' status not changing even after terminated from certification

Hi team,

Usually after being terminated from campaign and the certification locking, the user's comments changes and they become inactive. And the usecase has been working perfectly. But now suddenly, I am noticing that the user is not turning inactive even though their status and comments show as changing in user update history.

Certification is locked but status is active.

And the update history is like this:

Not sure why this is suddenly happening? Does anyone know how to fix it back?

• Remove existing comments from user comments section and validate 
• also raise a support ticket for the defect. column size needs to be increased.
