Users are missing from the Role Owner campaign, even though they are present in the role

Hi Team,

When we launch the Role Owner campaign, users are not being included in the campaign, despite being active for that role.

We are using the following conditions in our queries:

Role Query: AND ro.rolekey.customproperty1 = 'Include'
Users Query: Statuskey = '1'
Accounts Query: status = '1'
Entitlements Query: Status = '1'

Could you please let us know if we are missing anything crucial for including users in the campaign for the role?
