User update Rules are not triggering

Hello Team,

Saviynt Version : v23.2

We have a Saviynt to Saviynt REST connection which will call Saviynt API for get users and import users inot Saviynt itself. We have added a pre-processor query in this connection which will do some calculation and update CP12.  When we have run the Imporuser Job trigger value is getting updated as expected but rules are not triggering (Trigger when action : When user is updated from Import).

When I updated using CSV value is getting updated and user update rule is triggering. I am facing issue when its updated using Saviynt to Saviynt using REST API.

I can see this rule is not processed when checked in Execution trail list. If I am re-running again from there manually again rule is triggering.

Anyone faced similar issue ? Am I missing any config ?

I have tested via re-creating the rules, connection, job trigger, changing customproperty etc

Regards,

Jithin B

@JB just out of curiosity, have you tried changing the trigger condition to '(Trigger when action : Trigger when User is updated from API)?

Hi @shivmano

Yes I tried but rule not triggered.

When I checked "Execution Trail" I can see that rule is Event Source as "Update User via Import".

Hi @rushikeshvartak,

We are importing around 3k users but for Testing I have adjusted the query in such a way that it will update only one user.  I tried with multiple users as well.

If we are manually triggering the rule again from here, its working.
