Hi Team,

I have created a user update rule as below . Task is getting triggered. But when i check the pending task it is not mapping with the respective application. Because of which when i run the wsretry job for that application it is not picking up the pending task.

@Sravika_Yedida

You are triggering a user update task, which only needs a connection. There is no need for an application to trigger this task.

Create a new wsretry job. Don't select any application or security system.
Task action filter under the job select only update user.
Then, could you run the job? The task will get picked up.

If you are still seeing any issues, please respond back.
