Hi All,
We are trying to user inactiveuseronly functionality to make the missed users from import as inactive.
And also we created user update rule to disable accounts associated with these missed users. But somehow user update rule is not picking up those users from the import.
Userupdate rule is like below:
1. Status is updated
2. Status is inactive
3. Source is workday
If above 3 conditions are satisfied, rule should get triggered and disable the accounts w.r.t the endpoints speicified. However it's not happening. Other rules are getting triggered except this one.
Any insights on this would help,
thank you,
Arita

@Arita Did you enable the below global configuration to trigger rules for inactive users and accounts?

Could you kindly provide a detailed snapshot of the information extracted from the logs, encompassing errors and other pertinent functionality details encountered during the execution of this process? Your assistance in furnishing this information would greatly aid in the analysis and resolution of any issues .

I missed to update here.
@SumathiSomala yes we checked configuration to trigger rules for inactive users and accounts in global configuration. However the rule is not picked up. What i understand is the status 'inactive' for missed users is not updated from import feed and it's updated by Saviynt after understanding that user doesn't exist in the feed. So it's neither updated from UI/Nor from import and hence rule is not picked up i believe. I tested but wasn't successful.
Hi Rushikesh,
We finally approached with alternate solution by stamping CP with value missed user and rule get's triggered based on that vale.
Thank you,
Arita
