Hello, 

I configured a custom query workflow to get triggered when submitting create entitlement request. The custom query is to route the request to the owner with rank 26 but keeps getting assigned to admin.

Document I referenced - https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/SSM-Admin-v55x/page/Content/Chapter11-Workflows/Workflow-Compon... I tried use case (To send entitlement requests to the owner with rank 1 for approval)

@umang28 at the time of creation of entitlement there wouldn't be any rank 26 present or in fact any rank.
