User update rule doesn't get triggered post upgrade.

Hi Team,

We tried to assign sav role for 1 user but it didn't get assign and we have uploaded user using CSV file and we could see the user in saviynt 

we have created User update rule and Technical rule but this rule didn't get triggered .

can you please check let us know that do we need change something in sav role or any changes that we need to do.

@Gavula  can you try instead of equals use contains try it

or use in like customproperty23 -in-   (Campain)

When this rule is triggered ? from UI or Import Please share logs

We havn't schduled this rule we have manually ran it. 

And we are ruuning it from UI.

Please make sure

  1. customproperty is blank before uploading user import file
  2. Check Rules is marked as Yes during import.

@Gavula : Hopefully the user you are uploading does already exist in Saviynt and you just trying to update CP65 because update rule is configured such a way it should trigger only for updated users through import and csv upload is considered as import, Also make sure you did select below option while uploading

It just triggers that User Update rule :  but not mapping the exact rule to trigger for the condition

We could see MB CREATED in the but we have updated CP65 as CAMPAIGN .

As you mentioned in the logs I could see MB CREATED and it's not related to our issue.

I have uploaded logs again, can you please check the latest logs.

We could see task is getting created but it is not completed and we could see the ZERODAY in the commnets.

  • Do you see any provisioning retries count?
  • Did the provisioning job(WSRetryJob) ran successfully? 
  • Also does the provisioning job have any filters?
  • Does that task have future start date?
