Greetings,

We are importing users through Schema File feed and are required to inactive the user status if the current user is not present in the new schema file feed.

Below are the configurations for user_not_in_file_action we used in our SAV files:

Sr No

user_not_in_file_action

User Termination from Import(Global Config --> Identity Lifecycle--> Offboarding)

Results

1.

InactiveUserOnly

Enabled

No Action(User status has not been changed)

2.

Inactivate

Enabled

No Action(User status has not been changed)

3.

InactiveUserOnly

Disabled

No Action(User status has not been changed)

4.

Inactivate

Disabled

No Action(User status has not been changed)

We are using the below Global Configuration for Offboarding:

In the Job logs it displays that the users are being updated but it is not the case when checked the Users Status Attribute.
