Hello, We modified an existing user csv and corresponding SAV file, combining delimited attributes in a single field to free up user attributes needed for a different use case. We tested thoroughly in DEV and all works as expected. In PROD the job errors out with:
'Error in Users Import - Error while processing data: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 '
We've verified column counts and names are correct in the SAV file and the extract and suspect that importing fewer columns is the issue - is there a configuration we missed or is this possibly something a Saviynt engineer needs to address?
Thank you.

Can you check when moving the changes to production, the SAV file was loaded successfully and you are able to see the changes?
Also the CSV file has new formatted data instead of the old format?

@WEG few questions:
1. How the sav file and CSV file uploaded on eic? This is because we faced similar issue in past associated with permission.
2. Did the number and order of attributes got changed while migration?

The SAV file and an example row of the CSV are attached. I uploaded the SAV file (renamed from ProviderUSERS.sav) manually via File Directory. The CSV was delivered by Rhapsody, our ETL tool that delivers several files to Saviynt. The CSV is in a different order and has fewer columns.
