Hello, I have a question concerning the workflow for a user manager Campaign. Our team understands the logic that in order to see entitlements within the Step 2 Data table a user must action on their user's employment status in Step 1. During testing from a user's experience, we had a user skip step 1 using the next button and saw that there was nothing populated in Step 2 Data table and they believed that their certification had issues when in reality they simply skipped over the Step 1 and left users with no response for employment verification. Is there a way that forces a user to action on Step 1 in order to click the "next" button to move onto Step 2? The concern is some Managers will hit next without actioning all of their users in Step 1 and could be potentially lost during access certification.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Currently it is not possible to enforce Step 1. If Step 1 is included in the campaign, then the manager has to take actions before moving to Step 2 otherwise no data will be populated.
You can submit this as an enhancement on the ideas portal -

Thanks.

Our org recognized the same potential issue, as a workaround you may be able to update the error labels to better communicate with managers that they should use the "Back" button on this pop-up:
I believe the associated labels are:
