Hi everyone,
In the context of a User Manager campaign, is there a configuration to escalate certifications to an L2 manager if the L1 manager can not complete the certification before the expiration date? If so, is there an option to do a bulk reassignment?
I understand this topic has been addressed before but I am looking for another means to handle this case that does not involve manually reassigning a large number of certifications.
We are working on Saviynt v5.5SP3.

Hello @cedric,
Each certification in the campaign are asigned to different managers. The functionality currently in place is to see if any such certifications can be re-assigned to someone else for whatever the reason might be.
Bulk Assigning "certifications" to L2 Manager doesn't make much sense, unless you have multiple Managers, in the same campaign, not able to complete the certifications. Now this could be possible for certain scenarios but doesn't seem valid to warrant such functionality, in my opinion.

Thank you for your response, @avinashchhetri !
It is often the case where we have numerous certifications that must be escalated to various L2 managers because the L1 manager was either on leave of absence or just unable to complete the certification in time. Is there a way to feed a file into Saviynt that will allow for a bulk reassignment of all of the uncompleted certifications to the appropriate L2 manager?

Does anyone happen to have an answer for this part?

Managers should ideally set delegates in this case

Hello @cedric,
There is no provisions for uploading a feed file to re-assign certifications.
It has to be done manually, assigning each certification to the new manager, provided reassigning certification option was selected in the config during the launch, or if this was a planned, perhaps what @rushikeshvartak has mentioned makes sense.
