Hi team,
User is member of the role and the associated entitlement. And also, user is having access to application for the group. But in Access Request page available role isn't showing for the users for this application. As an example, I have attached a snap. user is part of production access role but it's not showing right hand side.
Can you please help on this?

Do you have any query under Endpoint - Role Type section?
Does role is assigned to active account ?

no we aren't using any query and this is an active user and has active account

Was the role assigned via saviynt?

yes, role is assigned, and user is part of group. user has requested from Saviynt

Is the role active.
Are you seeing the role under the user profile Role tab?

yes the role is active and entitlement is also active. user is part of the group, I have checked in AD.
