Use Customer DNS server

Hello,

Actually we use IP address for AD Connection and SMTP Server but we want to allow the use of Customer DNS Server to use internal FQDN of services.

Is it possible to use a customer DNS server ?

If no answer from this specific DNS Server, can Saviynt fallback to the default DNS ?

How we can achieve this ?

once you have migrated to EIC you can use client dns resolver using sc2

Are you sure the EIC migration is needed ? In the linked documentation, I can see the 5.5 version tag.
