Actionable emails are not working for Pending request approval

Hi Team,
 
We have noticed that the actionable emails are not working for Pending request approval whether the request is Approved or Rejected it is not reflected over the Saviynt PROD.
 
When the approver clicks on Approve/Reject it sends the email to the Identity Manager but after that, it should automatically perform the Approval/Rejection of the request ID.

Please help us to suggest some solution to fix this issue ASAP.

  1. What is error when you run incoming mail job ?
  2. Does approver mail received in mail box ?
