Hi Team,
We have an endpoint for which Update account requests can be put in. Now we are facing an anomaly/issue where some of the requests are getting type 'Modify Account' which i don't think is valid -
It is not valid as it is also not a request type in Advanced search-
While Update Account is visible in the same-
Can anyone shed some light on this.
These "Modify Account " requests are removing existing provisioned access from user's account.
Note that only few "Modify Account" requests were identified i.e >10 as majority holds the status -"Update Account"

Greetings.
Modify account request is created when the access of that account is being modified where as Update account request is created when the metadata or any dynamic attribute values etc are being added/modified.
You're not able to see the modify account request in advanced search as you've entered details like requestid, endpoint and securitysystem because of which it might not be showing. Try to search for the request type by clearing all the other values in the search wizard.

This is product expected behaviour , if some value not available in drop down then u can check with support team or CSM for version upgrade plan

Modify account request is not an issue, but why is it creating remove access tasks. How can i change/view that config.
